Beth Bledsoe.

Beth is a native of Knoxville. She loves East Tennessee and everything it offers from the historic downtowns, the lakes and especially the Great Smoky Mountains where she enjoys hiking and camping.

As a REALTOR, Beth strives to provide a professional, yet personal service to all her clients. She understands that buying/selling real estate is a big deal ,but it doesn't have to be stressful. She stays in touch with her clients and lets them know what is going on throughout the entire transaction process. She helps with getting properties ready to sell, with staging to professional pictures and even coordinating repairs and improvements that need to happen before and immediately after closing. Beth views education seriously in order to stay informed and on top of what is going on in the real estate industry and the local community so she can better serve her clients.

Beth majored in biology while attending the University of Tennessee Knoxville and later graduated with an Associate of Science degree in computer science from what is now Pellissippi State Community College. She is a licensed Realtor with her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and PMN (Performance Management Network) designations and Epro Certification. She is a member of Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, TNRealtors, National Association of Realtors, REBAC (Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council), RRC (Residential Real Estate Council) and Women’s Council of Realtors. She has received several awards over the years including

2017 KAAR President’s Award
2015 Women’s Council Knoxville Realtor of the Year
2014 Women’s Council Knoxville President’s Award

Beth is passionate about giving back to her community. She volunteers with the non-profit organizations Angel Tree of Knoxville, Inc and the Metro Drug Coalition. She is a past president of the Optimist Club of West Knoxville and past Lt Gov of her TN district for Optimist International. Beth is also very passionate about fighting the opiate crisis. She facilitates a family support group for those who have loved ones with an addiction issue at the Celebrate program at Faith Promise Church.

After working in the IT industry for 20 years (from tech support, installations and training, programming and systems administration) it was time for a change. In 2007, Beth joined her husband, Jerry in the real estate business. Together they are The Bledsoe Team.
